Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes; for Sacs, use our shrink kit to compress the foam for easier shipping.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of each box.
Drop Off or Schedule
Drop your package at any authorized FedEx location or contact us to schedule a home pickup for larger Sactional components.
